Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Thank you sincerely for entrusting me with your beauty needs and for your ongoing loyalty and support. In order to ensure the highest level of service for all my valued clients, I kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made with 24-72 hours advance notice, depending on the scheduled services. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, as last-minute cancellations deprive me of the opportunity to accommodate other guests during that time, impacting my livelihood as a self-employed professional. Therefore, a non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments to secure your reservation. For appointments totaling $50 or more, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required, along with a 24-hour cancellation notice. For appointments of $100 or more, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required, with a 48-hour cancellation notice. Similarly, appointments of $150 or more necessitate a $75 non-refundable deposit and a 72-hour cancellation notice, while appointments exceeding $200 require a $100 non-refundable deposit with the same 72-hour cancellation notice. Please note that all deposits will be credited toward your final bill but are non-refundable. Additionally, any no-show appointments will be subject to charges for the scheduled services and invoiced accordingly.
